The social networking site has long been the target of ire and criticism from the web development community. The recent revamp did little more than place lipstick and javascript on top of an already poor foundation.

Frazzled at being bombarded with link text reading “here” all day, I thought it would be an interesting experiment to list what some of the worst offenders are. If there were ever a lesson in using meaningful link text on the web, here it is.

You all know I dislike it, but I just thought I’d reiterate my disdain for Facebook. It’s a ghetto of bad design choices with a pretty UI disguise slapped onto it.
Why would you lock a log-in button after it’s been clicked? Tell me that.
